Turning an artist's original character into a production-ready plush toy.
The customer came to us with an original character design and provided front, side, and back views to help our team accurately understand the character's proportions and details. The project required a 15 cm custom plush toy with a removable outfit and magnetic attachment details. The goal was to preserve the original character's appearance while transforming the 2D artwork into a soft, three-dimensional plush product suitable for production.
After reviewing the first prototype, the customer provided detailed feedback on the shape and color. Our team adjusted the prototype accordingly before final approval.
Customer Feedback：Shorten and widen the plush doll's hair; add Velcro to the back of the doll's outfit; and shorten the length of the doll's dress.
After several rounds of communication and refinement, the final prototype was approved for production. By confirming the details at the sampling stage, we were able to establish a clear production standard before starting the bulk order, helping reduce potential inconsistencies during mass manufacturing.
From the approved prototype to the final shipment, every stage is supported by our mature in-house production system. With a 4,500㎡ production facility and 15 production lines, our team is equipped to handle bulk manufacturing efficiently while maintaining consistent quality across the order. From material preparation and sewing to filling, shaping, finishing, inspection, and packing, each stage is carefully managed to ensure the final products remain consistent with the approved sample.
After receiving the finished products, the customer shared real photos of the plush toys. These customer-taken photos provide a genuine look at the final product after delivery and show how the original character was successfully transformed from artwork into a finished plush toy.

Customer feedback on my lil guys has been fabulous! I’ve had them at two events so far and I may sell out and need to order more by the end of the year! the quality of the fabrics are always mentioned along with embroidery and the bean weight! Eric and his team were absolutely magnificent throughout the entire process from sample to bulk order. They were very accommodating through the sample part of the project and were patient with my multiple requests to change aspects of the design I didn't favor. The sample came out looking super adorable and I was ecstatic. When I finally placed a bulk order after a long time, we realized the fabric that I liked had ran out. Eric and his team quickly found multiple fabrics and luckily we found one that I really liked. The final sample turned out to be even cuter than the original! The entire bulk order arrived safely to my house (shipped in a tiny box, many of them were squished in there) but all the plushies were easily fluffed back to normal. I definitely plan to make more plushies in the future and this manufacture has been an absolute pleasure to work with. 10/10!!! Thank you to Eric and the entire team for all the hard-work!
