Turning an artist's original character into a production-ready plush toy.
The customer came to us with an original character design and provided front, side, and back views to help our team accurately understand the character's proportions and details. The project required a 15 cm custom plush toy with a removable outfit and magnetic attachment details. The goal was to preserve the original character's appearance while transforming the 2D artwork into a soft, three-dimensional plush product suitable for production.
After reviewing the first prototype, the customer provided detailed feedback on the shape and color. Our team adjusted the prototype accordingly before final approval.
Customer Feedback：Shorten and widen the plush doll's hair; add Velcro to the back of the doll's outfit; and shorten the length of the doll's dress.
After several rounds of communication and refinement, the final prototype was approved for production. By confirming the details at the sampling stage, we were able to establish a clear production standard before starting the bulk order, helping reduce potential inconsistencies during mass manufacturing.
From the approved prototype to the final shipment, every stage is supported by our mature in-house production system. With a 4,500㎡ production facility and 15 production lines, our team is equipped to handle bulk manufacturing efficiently while maintaining consistent quality across the order. From material preparation and sewing to filling, shaping, finishing, inspection, and packing, each stage is carefully managed to ensure the final products remain consistent with the approved sample.
After receiving the finished products, the customer shared real photos of the plush toys. These customer-taken photos provide a genuine look at the final product after delivery and show how the original character was successfully transformed from artwork into a finished plush toy.
