Turning a brand mascot into a high-quality promotional plush designed for real-world marketing and retail use.
The client approached us with a mascot concept but had not yet finalized the ideal size or detailed production specifications. Based on the character's proportions, intended use, and overall visual impact, our team recommended a 20cm plush toy size and the appropriate manufacturing techniques.
The mascot features a removable outfit to enhance versatility during promotional activities. For the patterns and branding on the clothing, the client specifically requested offset printing rather than embroidery; this choice ensured that intricate visual elements and brand details were rendered clearly and faithfully to the original design.
Additionally, the project included custom hang tags, providing a comprehensive presentation of the brand identity for product distribution, retail display, and marketing campaigns.

After completing the first prototype, the customer carefully reviewed the sample and provided detailed feedback on several visual and material elements. Since mascot products are closely connected to brand identity, even relatively small details can have a significant impact on the final appearance.
Our team reviewed each requirement and adjusted the prototype accordingly, including:
Enlarging the logo and badge on the mascot's outfit
Replacing the plush fabric on the head with a leather-like material based on the customer's reference
Making the fox's tail longer, fuller, and more prominent
Refining the overall proportions to better match the original mascot design

After the requested modifications were completed, the final prototype was submitted for customer approval.
The approved sample served as the production reference standard for the bulk order, covering the mascot's overall proportions, materials, colors, clothing, logo placement, printed details, and accessories.
By confirming these details before mass production, we could minimize unnecessary adjustments during manufacturing and maintain better consistency between the approved sample and the finished bulk products.

Once the final prototype was approved, the project moved into bulk manufacturing through our mature in-house production system.
With a 4,500㎡ production facility and 15 production lines, we are equipped to support B2B bulk orders with organized production capacity and consistent manufacturing standards.
Our production process covers multiple stages, including material preparation, cutting, sewing, filling, shaping, printing, finishing, quality inspection, and packing. Each stage is managed according to the approved sample to help maintain consistency in appearance, materials, colors, and construction throughout the order.
For promotional mascot projects, consistency is particularly important because every plush toy represents the customer's brand image. Our production team therefore pays close attention to key details such as logo placement, facial features, proportions, clothing, accessories, and material selection.
We also support international B2B customers with relevant quality and compliance requirements. Our factory has BSCI and ISO 9001 certifications, with CPC, CE, and ASTM-related compliance/testing support available for applicable products and markets.
We have experience serving customers across the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, New Zealand, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, and other international markets.

A successful promotional mascot is more than a finished product—it needs to represent the customer's brand effectively in the real world.
After production and delivery, the customer shared photos of the finished plush toys. These real customer photos provide a genuine view of the final product outside the factory environment and demonstrate how the mascot was transformed from an original concept into a finished promotional product.
For brands, promotional agencies, retailers, and marketing teams, this type of project can turn a recognizable mascot into a physical brand asset that can be used for campaigns, events, promotional giveaways, retail merchandising, and customer engagement.
